The Florida Dog Training School of Tampa offers free evaluation of canines, as well as a host of training programs. This training facility offers private in-home or on-site obedience training, drop-off training by instructors, "canine camping" socialization classes, as well as group dog training sessions. Training philosophy at this facility encompasses the theory that dogs require structure and love in order to express appropriate behavior.

K9 Korral

Step 1:
K9 Korral Obedience Training Center in Sarasota offers both private and group family sessions for dog training. Instructors work with dogs and puppies on areas such as obedience, agility, service dog courses, clicker training and a drop-off training course. In addition to instructional classes, this facility also offers acupressure, Reiki, aromatherapy, essential oils therapies for pets. Classes designed to aid dogs with special needs are also available.

Dog Training Club of St. Petersburg

Step 1:
The Dog Training Club of St. Petersburg offers obedience, agility, fly ball and rally training. Therapy for canines is also a feature of this Florida dog training school. Instructors at this facility also volunteer at an onsite 4-H "Crazy for Canines" club. Three air-conditioned dog rings are used for both training and dog shows throughout the year.

K9 Blastoff Academy

K9 Blastoff Academy in Daytona offers traditional and competitive obedience courses. This training facility features both private and group training for puppies and dogs. Courses focus on accomplishing agility training; confrontation issues, behavior therapy and show breed training.

Best Paw Forward

Step 1:
The Best Paw Forward dog training school in the Kissimmee, Florida, area features a myriad instructional classes for canines. Offerings at this facility include board and train options, private in-home classes, and onsite workshops and small classes. A spacious training area consisting of 10 acres complete with ponds and walking trails await dogs who participate in facility courses. Instruction is offered in behavior modification, puppy classes, obedience and clicker training as well as working with canines with socialization problems. Classes are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.
