Instructions

  • Step 1:
Consider buying a Toy Fox Terrier if you live in an apartment. He will keep himself fit and trim just running around the house and keeping up on everyone's activities and his small size means he won't be overly restricted in a small space. Brush your Toy Fox Terrier's coat to keep it healthy and shiny and bathe your dog as needed. This breed sheds lightly.
  • Step 2:
Keep your dog's nails trimmed, and his teeth brushed. He will also need to have a coat for the winter months, as he will not be able to tolerate the winter temperatures well.
  • Step 3:
Watch for signs of allergy. This breed is commonly allergic to beet pulp, wheat and corn so choose his food wisely and always be on the lookout for symptoms of allergic reaction.
  • Step 4:
Teach children to be gentle with your Toy Fox Terrier. Its tiny size and fragility make it vulnerable to injury. Weighing in at 3.5 lbs., the Toy Fox Terrier will be safest in families with older children.
