How to Sneak Into a House After Curfew

Step 1:
Make sure you have your house keys or leave a door unlocked. You are going to be caught dead to rights if you must ring the doorbell of your own house to get in after curfew.
Step 2:
Prepare to push if traveled by car. Stop the car and turn off the lights before you come within earshot of your parents. Put the car in neutral and open the door, pushing while holding the steering wheel to guide the car. If a friend is dropping you off, make sure he lets you out at least a block away so that you can sneak quietly to your house.
Step 3:
Take a backpack with you when you leave the house after curfew, putting your pajamas in the bag. Sneak back into the house through the back door so snooping neighbors won't see you. Before you open the door, slip out of your clothes and into your pajamas so if you happen to wake your parents, you can tell them you couldn't sleep.
Step 4:
Walk up to the house as quietly as possible, especially if you have a barking dog. Keep a few dog biscuits or thin treats that you can slide under or through a crack in the door to pacify the dog as you sneak back in.
Step 5:
As soon as you're inside, walk quietly to the bathroom. Even if you don't have to go, flush the toilet and run some water so that if your parents have heard something, they will think you just got up to go to the bathroom.
