Oh!It look good! But I am on that diet, and I do need to shape up. Lets see. The ham looks about 70 calories, the bacon about 120 calories, the cheeses looks like about 20. I could have the salami and the bacon, or the cheese and the- oh forget it! I'M GOING IN!
