We have so many adorable puppies/dogs on the site ~ now let's get them featured!

An Insider's guide to getting your Puppy/Grown-Up Puppy Featured

QUALITY PHOTOS ARE NECESSARY
Make sure you have a wide variety of quality photos that include:
·         Your puppy playing outside
·         Your puppy looking at the camera
·         Your puppy’s personality (ex. playing, sleeping etc.)
·        Your puppy WITHOUT you (no people, or parts of people)
·         Your puppy in natural light without flash
·         Your puppy in daylight
·         Your puppy close-up and at eye level
·         Your puppy in an un-cluttered, solid-color background with very little texture or patterns

And Remember:
·         Images that are at least 1000 pixels wide work best
·        Cameras which are higher than 4.0 mega pixels work best
·        Photos from digital cameras only, no scanned or cell phone pictures
·         Unaltered images without using Photoshop or special effects

~If you have any doubts, TAKE MORE PHOTOS! The more quality photos we have to choose from, the better your chances are at being featured.

~A great idea is to let your puppy play outside for a while until he or she gets tired. Once your puppy is a little worn out and lying down, this is a great time to snap some close-up pictures. Try not to take pictures of your puppy running -- these usually turn out blurry.

2.   RESUBMIT!
·  If you have been asked for higher quality photos, please remember to resubmit after the photos have been added to the album! We would love to feature your puppy after the proper photos are added!
