All in the Family

Biography: Ao Onohi is my second puppy. He is a companion for my first pup, Alaea. Hawaiian names have special meanings and those meanings pertains/relates to someone else and their feelings. These feelings are given back to the newly named entity thus seen as a blessing. Hawaiian names for siblings have similar meanings so since he is a playmate and brother for Alaea (her name means 'Red in the Rainbow') we thought it would be appropriate to name him Ao Onohi meaning 'Red in the Clouds'. He is black with white markings but in the sun he has red highlights! He's very roly poly, adorable and loves running around after his sister. An impulse buy you can say but we went to see him and saw the horrible condition he was living in (stinky with pee, ear mites, and ticks) so we took him home and cleaned him, got him vaccinations, rid him of bug thru meds and now he's healthy happy... yay! He looks for Alaea everywhere and loves to just wag his tail and loves rolling on his back for belly rubs!
