Auggie is a little punk rock sheltie. His theme song is Thorogood's "Bad To the Bone," which I frequently sing to him under my breath before our runs in AKC agility. His favourite things include peanut butter, tennis balls, and his mama. He is a lover and a fighter all at once. He loves to jump and do agility, thinks obedience is a comedy show, has snagged a title and some Q's in rally-O, and has no lack of drive and instinct whenever he's in a pen with sheep. The one thing he does sometimes lacks in a pen with sheep is a functioning brain and/or a functioning set of brakes. Auggie was named after the nickname of an Illini Basketball player, James Augustine. For this reason he has lots of orange & blue gear and numerous basketball toys!
