Barney was rescued from a kill shelter in Kansas City in May 2008. He lived with his foster mom Lori in Topeka, KS, until September when I picked him up on my move from Colorado to Tennessee. He was an instant hit with us and his big brother Scooter. We say big because Scooter is about 5 pound bigger although a year younger.
