Baron is a foster dog turned into my forever heart dog. I love him to pieces! He was surrendered at my local dog training facility and I was asked to foster. Two days later I was asking to fill out the paperwork to adopt. He was 5.5 years old, needed neutered, and just wanted to be loved. He was about to be put down when a loving family member offered to surrender him to a rescue organization. Thank God for that loving family member who recognized he had a lot of love to give and was in no way aggressive. In fact within 6 months of the adoption, I had Baron certified as a Therapy Dog through Therapy Dogs International. We now volunteer at the Veteran's Adult Day Care and Children's Museum where he gives lots of kisses and boxer hugs!

Yea Therapy Dogs! People always ask how I 'trained' my Marcie to be a therapy dog. I always answer that she came that way (big heart, gentle spirit) :) Baron is gorgeous!
