Hi. My name is Betsey. I had a rough first year of life, unwanted and abandoned. Fate led me to ARF in Walnut Creek, where I was adopted by a sweet girl named Hayley. Her family already had two pups, so now I have a family and friends. I know I have a forever home, and I am a happy puppy.
