I bought Bonzo from a pet store in Philadelphia in March 1990 when he was 8 weeks old. I'd always wanted a Boston Terrier. He was brindle with not a lot of white on him. This little dog was my heart. I loved him dearly. I lost him on January 21. 2005 to cancer. He was 15 years old. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about him. Nicknames were Bonzilla, Bonzo Gonzo and The Fat Man.

Awww I am terribly sorry for your loss. At least he lived a long life and probably a good one with you! I love the pic when he is curled up with the kitty.

Thanks for your kind words. The kitty he's with - Peaches? We lost her at 13 in 2004 to a stroke. I had found her on the street in January 1991 in freezing rain when she was about 6 months old and took her home with me.

He is and was adorable. 15 years is amazing but of course never long enough. I am sure he was nothing but happy and truly loved.

Awww! Thank you for rescuing such a precious dog. Nobody is allowed to go to the bathroom alone in our house either! :) What a sweetie!
