Braewyn is a beauty! She reminds me of my friend Stephanie's first basset hound, Sadie. Sadie is 13 years old and her lemon color has faded with age -- but she is still a beautiful basset girl. Sadie & Dexter are basset pals although Sadie doesn't always tolerate Dexter's puppy enthusiasm! Sadie lives for treats, refuses to use the doggie door (she waits until someone lets her in and out), and likes to sleep under a blanket whenever possible. I love basset hounds -- they are the cutest puppies, willful nearly maddening adults -- but who can resist those eyes, ears, faces, drool, the sound of basset claws on hard floors, and of course the 3 pm "ahoooooooooooh". Dexter loves his belly rubs -- he will come over and nudge me with his paw if he hasn't had a rub in awhile & all I'm doing is watching TV -- when I should be massaging my happy basset boy! Enjoy your sweet bassets -- belly rubs and treats from me & Dex.

she is becoming quite the young lady, they grow so fast, just like little furry four legged children, who chew and bark and steal your heart away. She is beautiful.
