Charley came from Heart of Gold Kennels in Monmouth, Maine. His best friend Kathleen who raised him from a pup is away at school, so Kathleen's mom and dad are doing our best to give him the love, care and exercise he needs. Charley has a huge amount of charisma, but is very sensitive and needs a soft hand. In spite of this he has learned to fetch, stay, come and heal off leash! He sleeps in his grandparent's bed! (of course)Chaley's favorite snack is a (small) slurp of coffee and his favorite toy is any stuffed animal that squeaks. Still a little afraid of the water...but getting better. Charley has the softest fur ever!
