Charlie is a very energetic, very sweet lab mix that my dad adopted from the ASPCA on Super Bowl Sunday when she was 4 months old. Charlie was abused by her former owners, and was very afraid of men, so her relationship with my dad wasn't ideal at the beginning. They're still working on a few things, but they have a great relationship now. Charlie has a ton of energy, so they walk, on average, 6 miles each day. Charlie loves dogs, cats, and children, and always wants to play when she comes across a new person/pet on her walks. She also loves going to the dog park, loves playing with her toys (the pink stuffed octopus is her favorite), and tries to eat everything she sees (sticks, plastic, plants, berries, and bunnies - if she can ever catch one).
