Charmaine is an awesome name for a sweet cute dog, we don't know if owners are coming for him yet so we are just making sure you guys would like to see him with excitment and just to say we don't know if he is adoptable he used to love his owners from sadness which that is so upsetting.He loves gaving helping paws for doing jobs for blind people, being a calm little puppy and also being the most helpest pup ever!
