Chelsea was a newborn abandoned at the shelter with her mom and siblings 2 months ago. They were all very sickly but brought to good health by the shelter. They were put up for adoption 2 days ago and we adopted her immediately. She's been an extreme joy the past 48 hours. She's playful yet calm, not nervous at all. She's learning her potty spot in the yard and would sleep through the night if we remembered to turn off clock alarms and disable the icemaker in the fridge. She doesn't whine or bark, but that may change as she matures. She doesn't freak out at the vacuum cleaner but she won't let it get close to her. She's still exploring our house and yard. We are so happy and blessed to have her!
