Mastiffs are such gentle giants. My old dog was a mastiff/black lab cross, and she was quite possibly the best dog ever. Patient, played mother to all four of my mom's cats and her rotti/border collie cross. She slept on beds and cuddled you like a human, and she loved to involve herself in conversations when company was over. Every one who ever met her loved her deeply. You are so lucky to have a dog like that, she'll be wonderful just watch.
