Daisy is a very light-colored yellow lab who was born with a "swoosh" birthmark on her head, prompting the breeder to name her Nike. We paid less for her because of the spot, but we gladly would have paid more -- she's a conversation starter wherever we go. Outside, Daisy has no hunting instinct whatsoever, but inside she is constantly on the prowl for an easy-to reach carb: a loaf of bread left too close to the edge of the counter, a plate of crackers for company or her all-time favorite carb, pizza. She's also a world-class snorer! Daisy is a character who has added so much to our lives.
