All in the Family

Biography: Brand new addition to my family. My boyfriend and I adopted him very recently; he's 12 weeks old and, of course, we're still working on potty training. He's shown himself to be very smart (and mischievous). He can turn on bathtubs, unzip canvas travel kennels, and displays his acrobatic skills by leaping onto the kitchen table in a single bound and doing flips several feet in the air. He's got an excellent singing voice (or so he thinks) and displays it at all hours of the night. He's going to be a big boy; I can literally see him growing up before my eyes. Dixon is a prime example as to the reason why God made puppies so cute; they're a handful... a lovable, cuddly, patience testing, handful. Just a note about his markings. He's very uniquely colored. He is shaped like a beagle and is mostly white. His face and ears light brown and copper. On his body, however, he has large blue-gray splotches all over. Within these spots and in the colors on his face are black flecks and freckles (much like a blue tick). The pads of his feet are pink and black spotted and his eyes are golden brown. We're not sure what his father was but his mother is a beagle and he turned out so beautifully. He's a shelter mutt but his coat and coloring is very special.
