ADopted in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Foxy little Fire Fox is a Pomeranian or a pom mix. She is a bit over ten pounds and has a bad hair cut. When her hair grows back in she will look more like a sandy red pomeranian. She adores and loves kids. She fostered with a family with three kids and enjoyed taking turns sleeping with each of them and being adored by them along with the long walks on a leash. One problem, she can climb a chain link fence, even a tall one, like a little monkey. So must have a good secure wooden fence or walk her with a leash if you have no yard. She is house broken, well trained and kid proof. She is a delightful girl around 7 or 8 months old.

oh what a cute little pup she is!! she really does look like a fox..kind of a foxy lionness, very cute. i love the story about climbing the fence - i've never heard of a dog doing that, thats so interesting

According to the AKC, that silver coloration comes from breeding with weimaraners. Thi s yields a dog that's mostly but not pure lab, but a beautiful dog and (IMHO) a dog with fewer health problems from the usual inbreeding of any pure breed. Good luck with Kona! She looks like a sweetheart! --H
