Frank was adopted from Nittany Beagle Rescue in May 2009, when he was 10 months old. There have been many guesses about his breed over the years, but based on his markings, his body shape, his behavior, and the crazy bark/howl, the firmest guess is that he is a beagle/blue-tick coonhound mix. Frank loves rolling around in blankets, destroying squeaky toys, looking out the window, and showing off his tricks like high five and counting for crunchy bones.
