We rescued Gomez 2 years ago, and although not exactly a puppy anymore, he is our "little man". A dachshund with definite attitude who lives for belly rubs and biscuits. He had some health issues when he adopted us, but lots of tlc (and surgeries) later he is improving every day.

It sounds like Gomez has found his home. Lucky for you all! I love the painting, but would like to see photos of him, too. God bless you for taking on a pup with health problems. I hope he recovers completely from his surgeries. Hugs & biscuits for Gomez from Oscar.
