All in the Family

Biography: Gracie was only in our life for two weeks, but she left a lasting impression. I found her in the middle of the street while driving to work. I was able to catch her with the help of another stranger. She was then put in the LA County Shelter to determine if anyone had lost her. On the first day she was available I adopted her to get her out of the system. We got her fixed and bought her home to heal. Gracie loved Maddie. Five days later I brought her to Sheprescue.org adoption day. Gracie did everything I asked of her- she was gentle and loving. Within 10 minutes she was being looked at by a family. They picked her. I could not ask for a better home- she has a new sister Maybelle who is a German Shepherd as well. Gracie has found her forever home, and I could not be happier. She taught me love will always win out in the end. You will always have a special place in my heart Gracie- I shall never forget you.
