This is Herbie, a 2 year old Jack Russell and Beagle mix. At least that is our best guess for his breed. We rescued him from the local shelter, after he was picked up as a stray. He is the sweetest love bug ever. Our first dog, Olive, and Herbie are best friends. They chase each other all over the yard and house for hours. Life would be so boring if it weren't for dogs!!

I have see the beagle in little Herbie- I can also see teh JRT...I love your dogs, they look like such wonderful friends and company, hope to see more photos of both of them, individually and together. Lots of huggles, snuggles, doggy chocolate and cuddles to both of your wonderful babies!

OMG my friend has a Jack Russell mix named Herbie too! Except her Herbie is Border Terrier/Jack Russell. Herbie Burger is adorable - I am loving those ears! He looks like he's having so much fun with Olive - they make the best pair. Hugs & snuggles to all your babies from Pippin ^_^
