We adopted Jason through a Beagle Rescue in New England. He was abandoned in the woods of Maine and bounced to a few shelters until the rescue agency discovered him and posted his profile. After reading his story, we drove to New Hampshire for a introduction, and it was love at first sight. He was all ears and elbows, but the sweetest little guy you could imagine. We couldn't understand how anyone would ever discard such a wonderful little puppy. Six and a half years later, Jason is living the "life of Riley". He enjoys sailing, fishing, trips to the Cape and lounging in his garden. He is a happy fellow with personality to spare. I know that Jason is lucky to have been adopted to a good home with people who love him, but we're even luckier to have such a wonderful, furry member of the family.
