This is actually my neighbors dog. She got Jessy after her house burned down and all her dogs died. She was devastated, I made her visit with Skip first, after a while, she knew she needed a new dog. She got a call, it was the pound. They said "hey we have a small Basset hound/beagle cross here, do you want to come check him out??" she was soo excited, she left and instantly fell in love!! Jessy was in bad condition. He had fleas everywhere, he was underweight, he had ear infections and a lot of hair missing. Now Jessy has a full coat, he is a tubby boy and LOVES running and playing. He is such a happy boy now!!
