Aussies are great! as for the bernese mountain dogs they are amazing too. you're right they are a lot like aussies. having had both i'd say that aussies are probably a little easier to train and more active. berners are active too but more goofy! the two breeds are defintely my favorite though!

Oh they make me miss my dogs as pups!! Raising them as siblings is the best thing; it completely detracts their energy from destroying things in the home. Mine are inseperable; I'm sure your's are too!! They're gorgeous! Aussies are the best!

Love your dogs! Journey is beautiful! Aussies are the best! I had a black tri female who was put down five years ago. Still miss her. We have a picture of my husband and I with her above our fireplace...she was a great companion. The newest addition to our family is a border collie/aussie mix.
