Lincoln Hawk, named after the classic Stallone role in "Over the Top", was at first a replacement to a lost dog and best friend for 6 years. Now, he has grown on me a great deal, as most dogs do, and I love him as I knew I eventually would. Unique for his speckled nose and a random spot of white fur on his back neck, he is FINALLY learning where to go to the bathroom and to come when called. Now that he just finished his last round of shots, I can finally take him for a walk, which he desperately needs to burn off all that energy. Soon, he will be pulling me around middle GA in some sort of street-legal sled. soon...very soon...
