Lizzie, formerly "Lily", is a 5 month old Bichon Frise mix. Her sire is a Bichon/Yorkie mix, and her dam is pure Bichon. She came home on the 8th of June after we got a distressed call from her elderly owner asking us to take her for a few days. Lizzie's a very "problematic" little thing. She would scream the house down if you left the room, toileted everywhere, nipped, couldn't comfortably wear a collar. She wouldn't walk on a lead, and would just spin in circles at the end of it. She still isn't comfortable with being picked up off the floor, and she still whines if you leave the room. She's come along so much in such a short time. Her owner has confirmed that she wants us to find Lizzie a home with someone better suited for her, so little Lizzie Lamb is only with us temporarily. She's settled in great, and is such a happy little pup. We gave her a botched-up haircut so that she could run with our dogs without falling over her hair, but even with tufts of fur sticking up all over the place and bald patches she's adorable. She'll make someone a very happy owner!
