Lucy was also adopted from the Memphis Animal Shelter in December of 2005. Although they told me she was approximately 2 years old when I adopted her, a follow-up with my vet told me she was actually probably 4-5 years old and had definitely had a litter of puppies. Lucy has come SO far and has become an absolutely AMAZING dog. She and Ethel are the best of friends and have the best times playing together. Although Lucy is getting older and rests a bit more than she used to, she's never too tired for squirrels - whether they are running on land - or up a tree, Lucy will usually make it halfway up the tree before she realizes she isn't a squirrel and come back down. I couldn't have asked for better pups.

Lucy you are a very Beautiful girl....we have alotta pine squirrel's here.so you'd definately have a blast chasing them with my dogs...lol...kisses,hugs and hope you have a long happy life with ethel and your owner..thank you for adopting shelter dogs .they truely are the best....

Lucy & Ethel are adorable. Such cute girls & such good buddies, too. I love the names (I used to have 2 parakeets named Lucy & Ethel). I hope you have many more happy years with these 2 lovely girls. Snuggles & biscuits to Lucy & Ethel from Oscar & Max & Riley.
