Maple is a 5 year old English Red Tick Coon Hound. She loves chasing coyotes, but loves more to sleep in bed with my husband and I under the covers! She loves rides on the boats around the island too! Maple has had a rough life, on Christmas Eve in 2005 she was attacked by coyotes, and fought for her life for nearly a month. 6 surgeries later, along with a couple of skin graphs, she is good and healthy as ever. The past haunts her though, as she has a varitey of scars over her body, however, she is happy that she is a dog, and oddly enough, still wants to go hunting! Maple's personality is more of an older English Lady, and she has great manners, and loves life!
