Oreo was a frightened puppy, scavengering for food in Oklahoma when my brother-in-law coaxed her to home out of the woods, because he was leaving, and he has been providing food for her. She would bury it, instead of eating it, because it was so important to her! Since then, Bob passed away, but he gave her to us while he was in the hospital. Oreo is the sweetest puppy. She will look at you with the most understanding look on her face, but if she sees a squirrel or even a butterfly, she will go hunting! She loves being outside most of all, where she can see, smell and chase everything!
