Penny Huggins is a happy rambunctious almost four month old Swedish Vallhund puppy. She spends most of her time jovially terrorizing the cats of the household. If she is not beating up on our 15 lb orange tabby cat she is chewing on rugs, beating up our Ikea hedgehog stuffed animal, or eating things she finds off the floor. She was born without a tail and the lower half of her body seems to move independently of her top half of the body when running. All in all, she's pretty adorable.
