After our first dog, Chino, a yellow lab, passed away we decided to add a new pup to our family. We decided on a minature red and brindled dachshund and named her Pennie. Pennie has two sisters, Coco, a chocolate minature dachshund, and Lacey, a beagle mix. The first day we brought Pennie home she weighed 4 pounds and was the cutest thing trying to get adjusted to the hardwood floors, her new home, and new family. Pennie likes to play with her toys, torment her sisters all in good fun, and during her running around she even gets stuck under our family room couch! Pennie also likes to snuggle as much as she possible can. Since the first day we brought her home she has brought us much happiness and laughter, and our family wouldnt be the same without her!
