Percy is an 8 year old Shihtzu who we adopted from a humane society last year. He came from a terrible background & was a "breeder" dog. His owners dropped him off at a kill shelter in southern Illinois when they were through with him. We rescued him and he now lives a complete life of luxury. He is so happy and playful. He's definitely loving life for the very first time! We love our little rescue pup!
