Phoebe is new to our family, we adopted her on Valentines day. She is a small little puggle and is very very sweet. She seems pretty happy to have found a forever home as she has been in 3 homes before us. She has a bit of anxiety but who can blame her. Will tell you more about her as we get to know her. So far so good.
