Pookie Bear is my 14 year old Matlese/Poodle. She is what I call a feline/canine. She lives her life with the motto "I'll let you know if I need you". Even though she is up in age and things don't work as well as they used to she still enjoys her weekly bath, rolling on the floor from time to time, loves her treats and can communicate quite well. She sits in front of the refrigerator and barks when she's ready for dinner. She's a little stiff in the back legs so if she needs a drink or help up to a standing position she will give a little cry. We've all learned to interpret her communications and she still leads a very happy life.
