All in the Family

Biography: Hi, I'm Rocky. I'm an eight-year-old boxer looking for my forever home. It's been a rough road for me! I lost my home to a fire, and my former owner let me sit outside the house where he was staying and get emaciated before he surrendered me to a high-kill shelter with a large tumor on my leg. I'm tough though - after radiation and chemo, I beat cancer and now the doctor says I'm cancer-free and have the same life expectancy as any other dog! So now I can focus on the things I really enjoy hanging out with people, kids, cats, other dogs, anyone. I'm an easygoing fellow and fit in in any situation. I've been in big crowds, at cocktail parties, you name it. I dance every time I'm taken outside for a walk, and I love to ride in the car and stare out the window at the world going by. I'll admit I have a weakness for snuggling on the couch. Could you be the forever home I'm looking for?
