Wow I heard Border Collies are the smartest dogs around, i beleive that 100% too!! I mean sure GSD are on the top ten list for smartest dogs, and have very smart looking eyes, But GSD's eyes arent as smart looking as Border Collies! I mean i could just stare into those beautiful eyes all day (but i think the dog wouldn't like that very much!!) Rowdy is such a good name for this high spirited young dog!!
