My roommate and I rescued Ryu from a local Humane Society here on the Big Island of Hawaii. He's a pitbull/basenji/dachshund mix, and the love of our lives! Ryu's just as awesome as the Street Fighter character he's named after. He's small, but very heavy because he's solid muscle. Everywhere we go, people say he's unusual and beautiful (he has huge ears and a spiral tail). Ryu makes everyday an adventure, although he does make it difficult to do our homework!
