All in the Family

Biography: Sadie is my other rescue. I moved to NC and found a house with a nice fenced in back yard. I had always wanted a black lab and got a call about a litter of 8-10 week old pups that had been left on the side of the road. When I got there to look at them Sadie was the last left of the litter so in the truck she went. I believe because of a bump on her head and one of her eyes is darker than the other they were afraid of permanent damage. So was my vet, but she checked out just fine. She is the sweetest and funniest dog to be around. She's just over 2 now and still acts like the puppy-dork she used to be. I call her Poppet (watched the movie around same time I got her) and if you play Pirates she'll go sit in front of the tv when they say "Ello Poppet". As you can tell, she's my angel. Bear just loves her and they're inseparable. As you can see it's hard to get a photo of her by herself :)
