Shiner is a Valentine's Day puppy. He was brought to his home in College Station, Texas (Whoop!) by his owner, Sydney. Before that though, he lived at the Luther Prison Unit in Navasota with his Mom, Sunny, and nine sisters and brothers. But don't worry, he lived in the warden's house, no cell block for this puppy! Shiner enjoys chasing his tail, playing with weeds, and chewing up any toilet paper roll he can get his paws on!
