Starlet is a tea cup chihuahua.She is in a foster home, so no rush to find her a home. She is really tiny, and is scared of big dogs. She is alright with cats, but she will need some time to get used to it. She wouldent be a dog to adopt, if you have children. She can not be dropped, or stepped on. If you would like to adopt her and you have kids, they would need to be 11+.
