OPP - as most rescue organizations - receive many stories and lists of animals in county shelters who need help. Tito and his companion were two we'd been hearing about for a while. Their family had lost their home and, consequently, could not care for Tito and his companion. They were both dropped at Cobb County. When OPP was in the county looking at other dogs, one of our intake members, Sandy, saw Tito and commented how much she liked him. Gigi recalled seeing his story and the two agreed it was time for Tito to find a new home. Especially since his companion had just found a new home! We quickly noticed Tito's horrific skin condition which our vet said was caused from an extreme, on-going flea allergy. A dose of K9 Advantix and ongoing fish oil is working and his coat is growing back beautifully! Tito is a sweet guy with a fun-loving personality. He quickly learned "good manners" and the routine at OPP. He sits nicely for treats, meals and to be let out of his run. He needs a home where he can feel secure and know he will never be abandoned again!
