All in the Family

Biography: Toby also came from a local rescue center. He is a con-artist though and fooled me by playing up that he is fun loving wild and crazy guy - he performed that act the day I adopted him and ever since has been perfectly happy laying on the couch! He came into my life during a very rough patch and helped me get through some tough times - he's my little life saver. Toby is part Shih Tzu and who knows what else! He has an unusual personality - calm, quiet, reserved, yet friendly. I am not at all sure he is aware he is a dog! He has been described as an alien, as the dog from The Grinch amoung many other things...he is quite the character. January 4th, 2010 I had to let the best friend I have ever had go last Thursday. He had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had become increasingly uncomfortable and sad. I pray that dogs go to heaven so that I can see him again someday - healthy and full of life like he was here on earth.
