Black and tan, pure bred miniature Dachshund. She is a very Spoiled dog. Over the past year zoey has been fighting a very bad bone infection in her jaw, the doctors said that she would probably pass in a few weeks, that was almost a year ago. her infection is pretty much over but it has eaten away almost 75% of her jaw, but she is now in stable condition and she is our miracle dog.

I have some big news for your vet, they don't know Dachshund's very well. This little breed is a very stubborn (in this case excellent), very strong willed, courageous and determined in character. Zoey showed the vet what a doxie is made up. Zoey is first of all, beautiful and secondly, don't worry about her eating..one thing dachshund's do very well is eat...she will find a way! Congratulations on her recovery, many more years Zoey.
