first let me say I love the name Cindy, how cute! And she's a beauty. Our foxhound pup only performs for treats too! Secondly, with all due respect you should never leave a dog with a training collar (choke collar) unattended or especially on a tie out. they could end of choking themselves which would be a huge tragedy. We are in obedience class now and the instructors have warned us of this numerous times.
