You lovely, happy puppy dog Cody! I'm glad you found your forever home! But there should be stricter rules to prevent so many unwanted dogs coming into the world, and many people shouldn't be allowed to have pets cuz they don't take care of them and are idiots. That way high kill shelters wouldn't need to exist, you're lucky indeed Cody. Mwah, mwah to you baby...
