This little guy looks SO much like a smaller version of a wonderful dog I had years ago. The coloring, right down to the hazel eyes and pinkish nose, is almost identical. She was a darling companion to us, as I'm sure Dexter is to you, for 18 years. Enjoy him and give him an extra special hug from CollieMom.

Thanks for all your comments! I still have no idea what mix he is, I've heard once that the mother was a labrador/poodle mix - but she seemed totally different. I guess I'll never know, but he's kind of our own unique mixed dog!
