Kenneth is about one and a half years old and fully grown, weighing about 45 pounds. He is a male Golden Retriever, but has a touch of black on his tail which looks a bit like a German Shepherd's. He is extremely sweet with people and full of youthful energy. He loves going for long walks in the park, running, and playing fetch. Sadly, Kenny isn't a fan of some other dogs. Perhaps it's from his time on the streets, but when he spots another dog, he barks and jumps at them. For the past few months, we have been training Kenny and he is a lot better now on his walks, but because he still is a bit unpredictable, we wouldn't recommend him to a home with small children. He would never be aggressive towards them, but he might bowl them over trying to get at another dog. However, we do think that that he can learn to get along with other dogs if he is properly introduced and accepts they won't hurt him. We do not know what he would be like around cats. Kenneth will need an adopter who will continue his training program. We are sure that he will make someone a wonderful and loving companion.
